Mercedes-Benz’s upcoming residential venture is set to bring a new mode of modern living to Miami.

The innovative 2.5 million-square-foot project is the car brand’s first residential project in North America, and one of the largest construction projects in Florida at the moment. Developed by JDS Development Group, the 67-story tower will be built at 1 Southside Park.
