JDS Development Completes Phase 1 of Site Work at 1 Southside Park in Brickell

1 Southside Park designed by SHoP Architects, ODP Architecture and Design as well as James Corner Field Operations. The mixed-use project is a redevelopment of an existing fire station at 1105-1133 SW 2nd Ave. 1 Southside Park will rise 64-stories and span 2.48 million square feet of total development. The project will feature 1,195 multifamily units, 200 hotel rooms, 5,120 square feet of event space, 165,000 square feet of office, 99,824 square feet of health and wellness, 23,312 square feet of restaurant space, a 1,417 square foot fast food restaurant space, 1,000 parking spaces and a 32,000 square foot fire station.
