Step inside Monad Terrace’s sales gallery in Miami Beach

One of Miami Beach’s most anticipated projects has yet to break ground in Monad Terrace—they’ve been experiencing some delays with the steel delivery—but their sales gallery has been in full swing.

Located on the corner of Alton Road and 14th Street, a couple of blocks from the site, the gallery, which allows you to get a glimpse of what it’s like to live in the 59-unit development designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, will also soon be available as an event space for community organizations and Miami nonprofit groups.

Earlier this month, Miami Beach’s design board approved plans for some alterations to Monad Terrace’s design, including a bay-facing double-height lobby with a porte-cochère. They still expect to break ground in weeks.

Prices start at $2 million within JDS Development’s forward-thinking luxury condo with Climate Change at the forefront. The development will be constructed at a significantly higher height (elevated by 11.5 feet) to combat rising seas, while also featuring a giant lagoon at its center. Step inside the gallery and preview the sawtooth honeycomb glass which will be utilized throughout the property.
