In this family, JDS reveals the step-by-step process of creating and installing individual green terra-cotta blocks for The Fitzroy, a boutique new condominium project in Chelsea, Manhattan adjacent to the High Line. Designed inside and out by the talented firm Roman & Williams, the Fitzroy reflects a return to the art of craftsmanship, breathtakingly illustrated by the 5600 terra-cotta blocks in 500 unique types, each piece hand finished by Boston Valley Terra Cotta.
