10-Story, 14-Unit Mixed-Use Project The Fitzroy Tops Out at 514 West 24th Street, Chelsea

Construction has topped out on the 10-story, 14-unit mixed-use building under development at 514 West 24th Street, located in West Chelsea. The project encompasses 65,705 square feet and rises 120 feet to its rooftop, not including bulkhead elements.

The project, dubbed The Fitzroy, will feature 14 condominium residences, ranging from two- to five-bedrooms and averaging 2,950 square feet apiece. Amenities include a fitness center, a wine cellar, private storage space and a landscaped rooftop. There will also be 5,306 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Progress on construction can be seen thanks to an update from Field Condition. JDS Development Group and Largo Investments are the developers. Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors is the design architect, while IBI Group is the architect of record. Completion is expected in 2018.
